Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
If you purchase products directly from us, you may return them to us up to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for a complete refund of the purchase price provided that the products remain in an unused condition. At Bila Botanicals, we craft our products with love and care, and we want you to feel the same way about them! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to chat and find a solution.
To return any product, you must submit a request to us via our website or via email at info@bilabotanicals.com for approval. You must ship the product to us in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We have the right to refuse any returned product shipped C.O.D. or lacking approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
